Stasera tutti invitati nei caseifici della zona (e direi anche a casa dei legali che hanno seguito la questione) per festeggiare la vincita del Reggiano-Parmigiano sul Parmesan! Ole'.
Si dice che sia un po' a meta' perche' non si e' riusciti a far sanzionare la Germania che di fatto ha permesso la produzione del Parmesan ... vabbe', accontentiamoci.
Inoltre, un po' piu' in sordina ma a dir poco strabigliante e fantastica, la notizia che la Lindt, si' proprio quel piccolo laboratorio artigianale li', non puo' piu' produrre il cioccolato al Sale di Cervia poiche' quei simpatici fratelli Gardini de "L'Artigiano", ne avevano gia' acquisito il diritto poiche' "inventori" del simpatico abbinamento ... bravi!!

Tonight everyone’s invited to our local cheese factories (and I would say to the home’s of the lawyers that helped in resolving the matter) to celebrate the Parmigiano Reggiano over PARMESAN! Hurray
A half victory since we didn’t manage to charge and sanction Germany that actually permitted the production of Parmesan….oh well let’s be pleased with this victory although it’s only partial.
Also, a little more quietly but surely amazing and surprising, news concerning Lindt, (that small company…..) can’t produce chocolate using Cervia salt, since the two Gardini brothers of L'Artigiano had already trademarked this product after having invented this combination (long before Lindt)……congratulations!!!
